Good Hair Day!
Graeme Hubbard: Blowing in the wind.
Seems like a perfect title! I love the manes and tails blowing around!
Graeme Hubbard: It was a fine sight, Elizabeth. They are more or less wild. Koniks, a primitive, wetland breed.
They're just playing in the wind Graeme... very nice capture of these beautiful horses....petersmile
Graeme Hubbard: They seemed to be enjoying themselves. Thanks, Peter.

This really was windy wasn't it!
Graeme Hubbard: There was definitely a bit of a breeze on, Chris. Open fenland and not much shelter.

Graeme Hubbard: They were definitely a bit lively, Ginnie.

Oh yes and I wonder if they enjoy the wind.
Graeme Hubbard: They seemed a bit frisky so maybe they were enjoying it.
That's all we seem to get nowadays Richard but you still caught the movement superbly.
Graeme Hubbard: Bright and breezy, Peter. Thanks.
ahh.. wild horses, couldn't drag me away...
Graeme Hubbard: You thought of the title I didn't dare use! Thanks for your reply yrsterday. By coincidence this is taken at Wicken Fen, a restored wetland in Cambridgeshire. They are more or less wild Konik ponies, a primitive breed ideally suited to a wetland habitat.

All the riders blown off.

Beautiful shot.
Graeme Hubbard: Thanks, Louis. I shouldn't think these have ever felt a rider. They're more or less wild.
Natures comb.....very nice Graeme!
Graeme Hubbard: Good observation. Thanks, Martin.
Looks like our summer there Graeme. Great capture
Graeme Hubbard: Bright and breezy, Janet. Thanks.
Should blow all the flies away, great image.
Graeme Hubbard: There were still enough around to bite me plenty. Thanks, Martin.
Ahhh... Mr. Wind is having a good time here.
Graeme Hubbard: Happily there was a handy fence post to rest the camera on, Jacquelyn.
Beautiful shot of these lovely creatures Graeme.
Graeme Hubbard: Thanks, Brian. They were a fine sight.
